On our first meeting I was convinced Daran Building was the team for us. What came through instantly was their understanding of what we wanted, ability to deliver on a tight time frame, flexibility in contract, can do attitude, eye for detail and just a whole bunch of really helpful ideas. We went for a cost plus contract and purchased some PC items outside of the contract including windows and doors. Jake spent a lot of time helping with the measurements, glass type, and style for which there was no reward to him. We were living upstairs and eating under the car port while Jake and the team were re modeling the downs stairs area. While this could have been a disaster for us they did everything they could to ensure our comfort and safety were maintained and all services connected. The team was always professional, prompt, finished on time, and, well close to budget but we changed plenty on the way through. I cant recommend them highly enough. My wife wants to add that the boys are drop dead gorgeous as well….. not that that should make any difference!
